Causes of thrombosis
There are several reasons for the creation of thrombosis and the disruption of the blood by various factors such as the tumor, decreased blood flow during sleep, lowering the atmospheric pressure, vascular damage of external causes and intervention vessel.
Venous thrombosis is divided into:
Deep vein thrombosis affects the main vein and represent a dangerous situation with the possibility of disconnecting the clot. If a clot is spun it is possible to reach the heart or lungs and cause pulmonary embolism, which is a life threatening one of the reasons for sudden death.
Superficial venous thrombosis, commonly associated with inflammation and generally not as dangerous. Develop inflammation and redness in the legs or arms, and most people are more prone to varicose veins, venous injection or by taking blood.
Treatment of thrombosis
In nature, the human body is to keep a constant struggle against thrombosis through so-called natural thrombolytic activity, the ability of the body through blood factors primarily prevents the formation of thrombus, and thereby prevent thrombosis. So most of the smaller and create "invisible" blood clot, which never learn.
However, treatment of thrombosis is specific and requires the use of drugs against blood clots, and for superficial venous congestion and application of anti-inflammatory drugs. It is recommended to wear elastic venous stockings that its compression reduces the risk of complications and lead to faster treatment.
