- 400g good quality dark chocolate
- 400ml Condensed milk
- 50g butter
Melt the chocolate with the butter. Stir until you get a mixture without lumps.
Add the condensed milk and remove from fire. Place the mixture into silicone molds and leave it in the freezer for several hours.
You can serve it with pieces of fruit compote or jam.
If you don't have sweet condensed milk,you can prepare your own as following:
Put 1 liter of cow's milk in a pot and let it boil on medium heat until the double amount is not reduced.
You have to mix it constantly in order to avoid burning.
Add 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar, ½ tablespoon vanilla extract and 150g sugar and stir a bit.
Remove from the fire and will have about 400ml ready condensed milk. Cool before using.
Serve it with vanilla ice cream !
