For you food tastier, add and minimal spices such as - salt, pepper, lemon, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard or ketchup.
Here is another example of a three-day diet.
Day 1- juices, coffee and tea
Instead of food during the day drink 2 liters of fruit juice, 1 liter of unsweetened herbal tea and mineral water. The juice is better to prepare themselves (natural). Sugar from the juice will keep you full and will prevent attacks of hunger.
Day 2 - Green fruits and vegetables
Instead of preparing meals, simply eat 2 kg of green fruits and vegetables like broccoli, apples, lettuce, etc... Vegetables can boil or simmer.
Day 3 - Rice
Integral rise will keep you full, but let the daily amount not exceeding the limit of 200 g of raw rice. You can add spices if necessary.
