- Eat oatmeal for breakfast because they contain the required level of calories required for exercise and other activities.
- Drink pressed juice of green fruits and veggies instead meal after exercise.

- Better to cook your food instead of going to restaurants.
- Do not eliminate a group of foods such as carbohydrates. Try to balance and to listen to what the body needs at the moment.
