Diet with Grapes:Lose Up To 5 kg Within 4 Days!

The first day

Breakfast:

Lunch:

- 200 g. zucchini, chopped into small pieces and fried with a little butter.

- 100 g. grapes

- 100 g. salads

- 1 tbsp ground walnuts

Dinner:

- Fruit salad made from 100 g. grapes, 50 g. pineapple cut into cubes) and 50 g. grape juice mixed with water

- 150 g. chicken breast, prepared on the grill or in a pan.

Second day

Breakfast:

- 250 g. low-fat yogurt

- One tablespoon of lemon juice

- 150 g. grapes

- (Mix everything well and let it stand for 10 minutes, and consume later.)

Lunch:

- 250 g. fish

- 150 g. grapes

Dinner:

- 150 g. Potato

- Carrots

- Celery

- (Boil the potatoes, carrots and celery for about 15 minutes. Add a tablespoon of olive oil. Eat 250 g. Of fresh red grapes after dinner.

The third day

Breakfast:

- 100 g. young cheese

- 150 g. grapes

- (Place both ingredients in a blender and stir them well.)

Dine:

- 250 g. fish

- 150 g. broccoli

- One onion

- (Boil together all three ingredients, after you've eaten a meal, take a 150 g. Of red grapes.)

Dinner:

- 50 g. grapes

- 2,5 dl. grape juice

- Half an apple

- 5 grams of gelatin

- (Mix the gelatin in a little water, let stand for a while, then add the juice from grapes, apple slices and grapes. Allow the mixture to stand for one hour in the refrigerator, then consume.)

The fourth day

Breakfast:

- One slice of bread

- 100 g. low-fat cheese

- 200 g. grapes

Lunch:

- Pancakes (3 tablespoons of flour, half a cup of mineral water and 1 egg)

- 100 g. low fat young cheese

- 200 g. grapes

- (Make pancakes and spread them all over, and eat them with raisins. Sprinkle pancakes with cinnamon, if desired.)

Dinner:

- 100 g. broccoli

- One carrot

- A little mushrooms

- Half a cup vegetable oil

- 60 g. red grapes

- 2 tablespoons sour cream

- (Broccoli Cook 2 to 3 minutes. In the meantime, fry the carrots and mushrooms. Put all ingredients in a bowl, add the vegetables and cook for another ten minutes. Before the end of cooking you need to add sour cream and grapes. You can eat 100 g. Rice combined with this soup.)
