This Beautifying Summer Cucumber Diet  is ideal for those who do not have much time to think what they will eat next.

 

The diet itself is within 10 days, but there is an extended version of 14 days in which they are expected to lose weight up to 7 kg.

Logically, the basic of this diet is a cucumber salad,which you can eat whenever you are hungry.

Be careful you should not use too many spices and dressings.

Other types of food you should eat through the day:

  • 2 boiled eggs or tuna 150g drained of oil or roasted white meat 150g
  • 2 large potatoes boiled and 3 slices wholemeal bread
  • 500g fresh fruit

From liquids allowed are: water ,unsweetened tea and coffee .

You should't drink alcohol, soft drinks and cocktails

With each meal or snack drink clean cucumber shake.

You will need one cucumber and 400 ml yogurt. Optionally you can add salt and garlic.


How to make a cucumber shake

In a blander place 1 cucumber peeled, several well-washed spinach leaves and 1 apple. Optionally, you can add ginger.
Mix it, put it into a glass and drink gradually.

Example daily menu

  • Breakfast - 2 hard boiled eggs and cucumber salad
  • Snacks - 5 plums, 1 apple, peach or other seasonal fruit weighing 200g
  • Lunch - whole wheat bread toast and a plate of cucumber salad
  • Snacks - cucumber shake
  • Dinner - fruit by choice, not more than 300g
