Model Chrissy Teigen or known as the wife of singer John Legend knows exactly how to eat to not stay hungry, and look great on the front pages.

 

She loves to cook, strives to prepare low-fat meals that are nutritionally rich.

She does not apply strict diets, but a healthy diet, with occasional allowance of small pleasures and selected products

"I want to drink champagne and have hearty dinners, so I would rather work out for an hour and be able to do what I want.I’ve always had to watch myself.My family is not naturally thin and we put on weight quickly. I find low-carb works for me,”She said
