- 1 whole cucumber peeled and roughly chopped
- 2 handfuls chopped kale (can be replaced with spinach)
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 lemons
- 2 apples
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger finely diced
- frozen watermelon or a sweetener stevia.
Put all the ingredients in the blender, blend well, refrigerate what you don't drink immediately and you are ready to start the day full with energy !
