Smoothie to lose the post-baby weight

Ingredients :

  • 1 whole cucumber peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 handfuls chopped kale (can be replaced with spinach)
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 lemons  
  • 2 apples
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger finely diced
  • frozen watermelon or a sweetener stevia.

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in the blender, blend well, refrigerate what you don't drink immediately and you are ready to start the day full with energy !
